This is an 8 week challenge to getting healthy and fit. This challenge includes the following:
- 8 weeks of workouts you can do from home. Modifications are always given to use what you may or may not have at home.
- Live and Recorded workouts. Join us live so you can get a sense of community and motivation. Or simply use a recording to do on your own time at your convienience.
- A meal plan tailored to your needs. Many recipes are included.
- 2 check ins with me! One at 3 weeks and another at 6 weeks!
- Have the chance to be featured on our once a week live workout on instagram!
- You will become part of our Facebook Community where links for our live and recorded classes will be posted.
- Get all information through email and on the facebook page.
