How to score points!

A point is given for each of the following:

  • Follow on instagram (DarleneFitness)

  • Best transformation

  • Attendance to live classes (recordings are available)

  • Completing your check-ins (every 3 weeks with me!)

  • share challenge on instagram/facebook (1 point for each time shared), tag DarleneFitness and use #absolutefitchallenge

  • Have a friend/family member join the challenge (limited spots available)

How it works

  2. Purchase the challenge and answer any and all questions before checkout

  3. Lookout for and accept the invite to our Facebook page, Absolute Fit Challenge

  4. Get your meal plan via email within 7 days

  5. All links and recordings to our workout classes will be posted in the Facebook page as well as emailed to you

  6. Check in with me on week 3 and 6

  7. Recipes will be posted in Facebook and sent via email

  8. You may choose to be in the lottery to be featured in our instagram live feed once a week (different person every week)
